About the course: IMED-1345
Interactive Multimedia I - Flash
Interactive Multimedia I, or IMED-1345 is a requirement for both an Associates Degree as well as a Certificate in E-Business Media at Collin County Community College. Enrolled students gain knowledge of basic flash techniques, such as shape and motion tweens, as well as more advanced techniques, such as action scripting. Also, because Macromedia Flash is an important component of web-design and marketing, students are required to visit several sites and "dissect" a variety of flash animations, from games to advertisements. Finally, students are required to submit a final project portfolio. The course is currently offered on-site as well as a mixed online course where students have the option of attending class on their computer or on campus.
